Just sold at Bellevue Towers!
I am so excited to report that residence 2212 in the South Tower has closed for 1.3 million. We received two offers and had a great transaction. I was able to work with an excellent broker who represented the buyers, and all parties together for a smooth transaction. I just love it when things go to plan (and they almost always do)! I am so excited for my clients who were able to move up to their dream home.
