According to Downtown Bellevue Network, 30% of the 224 residences in the West Tower are now sold. The West Tower ranges between studios to two-bedroom units with views of the city skyline, onsite amenities, valet service, and more. Available homes start at $899,000.
The South Tower holds 98 units with available units ranging between one to three bedrooms. This tower specifically will have access to InterContinental Hotel services and more.
