Amazon Confirms Lease of New Bellevue Office Tower

Amazon has officially confirmed that the company will be leasing Summit III. This will be a 17-story office tower located at 320 108th Avenue NE in downtown Bellevue. Amazon’s lease will take more than 300,000 square feet of the total office space.

According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, “This brings the total number of Amazon confirmed leases in Bellevue to more than 1.6 million square feet, or about 17 percent of the office inventory in the central business district.” This total does not include the more than 1 million square feet of office space Amazon plans to develop in the Bellevue 600 tower which is to be completed by 2024.

Hines, the developer of Summit III, says that the tower was designed to “optimize a new design for high-density technology tenants.” The building will maximize as much natural light as possible and include the phenomenal mountain views that downtown Bellevue offers.
